I visit your home and walk through it with you to understand what's missing and where you need a better connection. I recommend equipment based on those needs, then install, configure, and test the agreed setup. Before finishing, we check it together and go over the work done.

I help with new installations and devices that have stopped working together. I check compatibility and network connections, then set up or troubleshoot the agreed equipment. That can include Sonos or Klipsch audio, smart TVs, streaming, lighting, thermostats, cameras, doorbells, voice assistants, and printers. I'll explain the setup so you're comfortable using it.

Computer Repair, Upgrades & Data Transfers

A slow computer or one that won't start doesn't always need replacing. I diagnose the problem and explain the options before you decide how to proceed. I work on PCs and Macs, including hardware repairs, upgrades, and software problems. If you're moving to another computer, I can also help transfer files and set up the replacement.

Virus & Malware Removal

Unexpected pop-ups, unfamiliar programs, or unusual computer behavior can be signs of a problem. I assess the device, check for malicious software, and carry out the agreed cleanup. I can also review updates, security software, and relevant settings, then explain any further steps needed to address what I find.

UniFi Networking & Business Wi-Fi

I start with an in-person visit and a walkthrough with you. We discuss what's missing from your current network, what isn't working well, and what you'd like to change. I use UniFi design tools to plan the installation and recommend equipment that serves those needs.

I install, configure, and test the network for the way you'll use it. When the work is finished, I show you what's been done and test it again with you. We can also discuss regular maintenance and network oversight.

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace & Cloud Support

I help with business email, user accounts, shared files, and moves between systems. I review how your business uses Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or other cloud tools, then define the setup or changes needed. Work can include account configuration, user access, file sharing, and migration assistance, depending on the project.

Ongoing IT Support for Small Businesses

I help small businesses with day-to-day IT problems and the regular work their systems need. Support can include troubleshooting, recurring maintenance, monitoring, software updates, and backup checks, along with help for computers, networks, and cloud systems. We agree on the systems covered and the work included, whether you need help as issues arise or a recurring support arrangement.

Network Security, Backups & Recovery Planning

I review network and firewall settings, how business data is backed up, and what would be needed to recover after a problem. Depending on the agreed scope, I can configure backups, improve network security, and help plan recovery steps. I'll explain what the setup covers and where further work may be needed.
